P-Shot

As a kind of treatment for erectile dysfunction, the P-Shot, which includes injections of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) as well as other proprietary items, is currently in use (ED). During this procedure, a sample of the patient’s blood is drawn, the blood is spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from the other components of the blood (i.e., red blood cells and platelet-poor plasma), and then the PRP is injected into the penis in order to stimulate the growth of penile tissues.

When injected, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) serves as an agent to heal damaged tissues in the penis, leading to improved erections and improving blood flow to the penis, which can cause stronger erections, improve sensation and performance, and potentially increase penile length and girth.
